Check-ins will begin at 9:00 AM CT.
Proposed changes can be viewed here.
Proposed changes to OSCAR Constitution and By-Laws need to be voted on by 2/3 of the OSCAR membership.
Changes will be brought to the OSCAR membership at the 13-Mar meeting.
